The service started out small scale - mainly gardening and small maintenance jobs for owners with large properties who live out of town for most of the year.
Over time, clients started to request additional services, such as booking a chef to cater for a dinner party to the management of small scale building projects. This diversification led to the curation of individual property care packages. Mark Gasson is the owner of Blue Rock Luxury Property Management, and he lives in Piccadilly Shoot. He has extensive property management experience, most recently managing the pre-construction of a new warehouse complex on the Byron Bay Industrial Estate.
